What is HandyWorks?

We are excited to announce the launch of a new Monthly Stats report that provides an overview of unique patient visits per month, treating a patient who visits multiple times as a single entry. In addition, we have implemented intelligent rounding for tax rate calculations to improve precision. Enhancements have also been made to ensure referential integrity and to better manage stored credit card data. This update introduces a feature that allows for the deletion of a clinic alongside its associated patients, as well as minor code improvements. We've added more meaningful quotes for Handyworks and addressed issues with the deleted appointment report and a persistent exit bug, which has helped boost HandyWorks' overall stability. Additionally, our capability to track who adds or removes appointments has been extended to the multiple appointment wizard, providing further transparency. We have also fixed a troublesome issue that arose when users clicked "OK" in the transaction screens, ensuring smoother operations. Moreover, the End of Day / Day Stats report now features an extra column that identifies users responsible for adding appointments, enhancing the insight into user activities. Collectively, these updates significantly improve the functionality and reliability of our services, guaranteeing a superior experience for our users, while also laying the groundwork for future enhancements.

EMR Datacenter serves as an all-encompassing billing solution designed specifically for the healthcare industry, focusing on meticulous management of patient appointments. This software proves particularly advantageous for clinics that experience a high patient turnover or have multiple providers offering various specialties. The appointment management feature is intricately integrated within EMR Datacenter, making it an "appointment-centric" system that guarantees appointments are either fulfilled or rescheduled as necessary.
