What is CarePaths EHR?

The complimentary upgrade to CarePaths Connect empowers clinicians to establish a Digital Front Door, which simplifies the process for patients to register for services and schedule appointments via the CarePaths Connect mobile application. This app also provides patients the ability to engage in teletherapy sessions, communicate with their therapists, and fill out necessary assessments, enhancing their overall experience and accessibility to care.
