What is PAS Dynamics?

At first, performance appraisal systems were basic methods focused primarily on validating compensation. This meant that evaluations were mainly employed to assess whether an employee's pay was justified. The process was linked to concrete results; poor performance typically led to a salary reduction, while outstanding performance resulted in a pay increase.
