What is Polymer?

The Polymer library provides a comprehensive suite of tools for crafting custom elements, making it easier to ensure they function like typical DOM elements. Similar to standard DOM elements, Polymer components can be instantiated via constructors or document creation methods, and they can be customized through attributes or properties.
