What is COMCASH Retail ERP?

Our Cloud POS Software is designed to facilitate quick checkout experiences, allowing users to scan items, select products from a menu, and accept all payment types. It also offers features for managing customer interactions, processing multiple payments simultaneously on pending orders, and tracking inventory status across various locations. In the event of a lost internet or cloud connection, the POS System will operate offline and later sync any offline transactions. The Customer Center serves as an interactive display that collaborates seamlessly with the POS Terminal. By logging in or signing up for the Rewards program using a phone number, customers can earn Store Credits and accumulate points. Additionally, participating in a survey enables customers to rate their stores based on Customer Satisfaction, moving beyond mere sales and profit metrics. Customers can access vital information regarding their Points Balance and Store Credit balance, enhancing their overall experience. This comprehensive system not only streamlines transactions but also fosters loyalty and feedback.
