What is Clovatel?

Clovatel is a cutting-edge hotel management system hosted in the cloud, designed to address the needs of modern hospitality with all necessary features included. This extensive platform boasts modules such as a Self-Service Kiosk, a mobile app for housekeeping, a mobile app for room service, and various other functionalities. The Self-Service Kiosk comes with state-of-the-art features, including facial recognition, the ability to scan passports and NRICs, cash collection, an online payment gateway, credit card processing, QR code payment options, and a room key-card encoding system. Guests can leverage the kiosk for numerous self-service functions, including checking in and out, as well as more advanced features like extending stays or upgrading accommodations. Furthermore, the Clovatel Housekeeping App optimizes the cleaning workflow by automatically alerting housekeepers about when guests check in or out, alongside which rooms need attention. Once housekeepers finish their assignments, they can update room statuses, facilitating effective communication and management throughout the hotel.
