We are excited to provide a complimentary consultation that encompasses HR, Attendance, Payroll, and Tax PPh21 during our Business Process Requirement Meeting with your HR Department. Before we set a date for this meeting, we will send you a Business Process Requirement Document that needs to be completed by you and your HR team. After you fill out this document, we will come to your office to evaluate and understand your unique requirements. Drawing from our vast experience and knowledge, we will suggest customized solutions tailored to address your specific challenges. A kickoff meeting will be scheduled prior to the Installation and Implementation phase to confirm the project team, outline the timeline, and address any remaining concerns. The Implementation Phase will be segmented into multiple milestones, starting with Data Gathering, where we will provide an easy-to-use Excel template, followed by Training, where our team will conduct in-person training at your location. Next, we will carry out User Acceptance Testing to ensure that everything functions as expected, culminating in the Live System phase, where we will support you during the initial operation of the system. In addition, you will enjoy a full year of complimentary support, with an option to extend into a maintenance subscription afterward. Our aim throughout this entire process is to guarantee that your transition is as smooth and efficient as possible, allowing you to focus on your core business activities.
