Once an appointment is made, it automatically populates the calendars of the advisors, faculty, or staff, ensuring seamless integration. Kiosks also present an effective solution for both centralized and decentralized student service centers, enabling students to check in for scheduled and drop-in appointments through virtual kiosks, QR code scans, or card swipes. We take pride in offering the leading student-centered queue and case management system tailored for higher education institutions. The intuitive interface allows users to take notes, upload essential documents, and create referrals during appointments conducted in-person, via Zoom, or over the phone.
