What is Website Ripper Copier?

Website Ripper Copier (WRC) is a powerful and rapid tool tailored for the efficient downloading of website content. It enables users to store web files locally for offline usage and can retrieve a range of file types, such as images, videos, and music, while also acting as a download manager that allows for the resumption of interrupted downloads and the mirroring of websites. Moreover, WRC functions as a link validator and incorporates a tabbed browser designed to manage pop-ups, enhancing the experience of both online and offline browsing. What sets it apart is its unique ability to resume downloads from HTTP, HTTPS, and FTP protocols, manage access to password-protected sites, and support Web cookies while analyzing scripts. Users can also refresh downloaded sites and files, leveraging over fifty retrieval threads to maximize efficiency. With its sophisticated features, WRC facilitates detailed management of each download task, offering options to update, retry, edit, delete, and browse, in addition to project scheduling and tailored filtering options based on criteria like file type, size, and URL, thereby making it a standout tool in its field. This extensive range of functionalities not only positions WRC as a leading solution for web content capture but also ensures that it meets the diverse needs of users who require an effective and organized method of managing their online resources. Ultimately, WRC is indispensable for anyone looking to expertly curate and control their web content experience.

What is Files App?

The Files App, which was formerly known as Downloads Lite, provides a web browsing experience that allows users to directly save documents onto their iPhone or iPod touch for later offline use. It boasts an extensive file management system, featuring a multifaceted viewer that accommodates all document types recognized by iOS, an advanced PDF reader, a powerful photo browser, and seamless integration with Dropbox. Notably, this application does not facilitate the downloading of audio or video files. Its interface is similar to that of Mobile Safari, complete with the convenience of tabbed browsing. Users can initiate downloads by tapping and holding an image, and there are options available for forced downloads as well. The app also allows for the saving of entire web pages, inclusive of images, for offline access, and supports a full-screen mode, a bookmark manager, and tracking of browsing history. Furthermore, it includes an address bar with auto-completion capabilities, facilitates HTTP basic and form-based authentication, and supports search functionalities from Google or Yahoo! Users also have the ability to alter the browser's user-agent string to imitate Firefox, while the unified smart search field simplifies the input of URLs or search terms. This array of features firmly establishes the Files App as an effective and multifunctional tool for document and web content management. Additionally, regular updates continue to enhance its functionality and user experience.
