This has been great experience to be using Absorb. The support has been very helpful especially when we were setting up for new enrolments and courses. They have made sure to follow up and helped us when needed.

Customer support has been amazing. Very informative and helpful.

Additionally, being able to use some of the create template for the courses also help!

The rules for the setting was little tricky to set up. However, once we got the knowledge it has become much easier!

Honestly, I can't say enough good things about this platform. The platform allows us to run multiple different ways of learning to best help our participants. The support from the Absorb team is just amazing! Our platform wouldn't be as good as it is now without their help!

There are a few things that I would want fixed but they are minor. Like different views/information in the reporting area. BUT on the plus side the feedback I give I know is always taken into consideration and hopefully will be fixed in the future!

Amazing! I love the features and how it is a one stop shop for our users both internal and external.

The ease of use. So, user friendly and the constant updates and improvements. Then the training sessions when the updates are wonderful. The Absorb academy is great as well.

Everything is an add on. Wish there were packages however the customer support to create our package has been excellent.

Overall, we are very happy with Absorb LMS. The support that we receive regularly is incredible (Especially with Melissa Wu!)

The level of support whenever we need assistance is exceptional! The product accommodates our needs for the most part, and if we ever have questions, there is usually a solution or work around.

Not too many complaints that I can think of. Our specific situation sometimes requires creative solutions.

Overall I enjoy Absorb and our employees also enjoy using it. Once you get the hand of it Absorb is great to use. I would definitely choose Absorb again when vetting learning systems.

The best part is the support - at every stage. It is very easy to get a quick response and a thorough explanation. Employees find Absorb easy to use which is important. Administering Absorb takes a bit of time to get the hang of but once you go through the actions a couple of times it really become quiet easy to use.

Not being able to join an instructor led training from the Teams calendar. Limited create tools.

My experience using Absorb has been a good one so far. I have experience using different learning management systems as an Instructional Designer, so learning the different tools in Absorb was easy to learn. The homepage for the users to view and use is easy to customize and modify. I am able to add users easily, and edit courses with little difficulty.

I liked that Absorb gives a user interface that is simple to understand with a lot of customization. I have enjoyed making templates for my department to access resources within Absorb with little difficulty. Whenever I need help, there is always someone from Absorb who is knowledgeable and able to help answer any questions that I may have. Even my Account Manager (Billy), has been phenomenal in assisting with making Absorb a great product for our department.

When it comes to reporting, I feel that my industry (healthcare) has limitations. I have tried getting specific metrics such as timestamps in viewed courses and other important metrics that the Absorb Analyze reporting feature has not been able to produce. Also, the redesign of the course layout limits our users to open links on the course page. This change has made viewing our recorded lectures hard to maintain focus and engagement with our users.

Absorb LMS is an effective and comprehensive tool for developing training processes, with extensive customization capabilities and a set of robust features that enhance staff training.

Absorb LMS also provides detailed reporting on course progress and performance, making it easy to track compliance and identify areas that require more attention. In addition, gamification and mobile learning features increase employee engagement, ensuring that training is interactive and effective.

One of the limitations I would like to address is the user interface, which at times can be a bit overwhelming and not as intuitive for some users.

It's been nice! I think it does what we need it to do and could be built out more with additional time and resources.

Nice intro to the learning organization system. Took us from just using powerpoints and scheduling on outlook to having everything accessible in one place and tracking who completed what when.

Reporting has been a little bit of a headache and not being able to mass edit things makes edits timely.

Overall, I have had a great experience with absorb. During UAT, the users seem to have no complaints and that in itself is a win.

Absorb has been a great platform for user experience. It has made integrating content into an LMS as seamless as possible.

There are a bit of roadblocks as not everything is customizable like a WordPress site but I am sure it would be a pain for their developers.

Started a year ago, and have found this software to be very forgiving. I also use UKG LMS and find Absorb to be more user friendly and easier to manipulate.

Ease of Use, User Friendly, Course creation is easy, Learner feedback has been positive Manager Experience is starting to take off.

Limitations on Reporting especially through Manager Experience.

Overall, onboarding Absorb LMS has been great! I would strongly recommend this LMS system to others!

I love the support from my Client Success Manager, Claire (and my previous CSM, Zoe). They are quick to respond and always available to help, which has been invaluable as someone new to the administrator side of an LMS.

There are some minor things that I would love to see changed, such as:

The ability to click enter, rather than having to click on Filter
The ability to have the same drop-down list of items that can be added to a report.

Easier survey options built into the system.

Overall, we have had a wonderful experience with the program and are excited about the program's growth in the future.

Ease of use and the wide variety of resources and tools available for support. Customer service is exceptional as well.

Honestly I think my organization can do a better job of leveraging more of the Absorb capabilities. It's something we're looking into and I'm excited about how we can leverage absorb to make our Academy more exciting. The support from Melissa has been wonderful and she's such a joy to work with! I also can't really speak to the pricing because I'm not privy to that information.

- I don't feel the Support Academy is the best when it comes to helping troubleshoot specific problems. The answers seems broad and non-specific and I find myself reaching out to our client success manager, but it could be user-error!
- Would like a better pathway for learners ex. a flow that guided the learner vs the learner having to know where to look or search for courses
- More reporting available without having to get Analyze, although I'm sure that's by design.

As the governance manager of several SaaS platforms at Whelen, I would say that our relationship with the professionals at Absorb set the high bar of service and expectations.

4. Absorb already has an impressive offering of Learning features & capabilities, and a roadmap with more to follow.
5. Excellent response, knowledge & support from the legacy upload analyst, Yashwa Pala.
6. 2 instances of the LMS are at Whelen Engineering and both are 100% available 24/7.
7. Intuitive user interface for Admins, and in-depth Admin training online available.
8. Sales is not pushy. They wait until we are at a point where we need additional features/capabilities.

Absorb has met all our initial needs and continues to evolve in the LMS world. The Managers Experience is so important and mine love this feature.

Love the people from sales to customer service.
Easy navigation and little to no technical issues.
They have an Ideas Portal and it allows clients to submit ideas and they actually show the progress.

Course uploading takes too long when editing. The syncing with GO1 is not immediate and takes over a week to sync.

For the most part it has been a good experience. Like using all new platforms, time spent getting to know it and use it helps a lot. Melissa has been wonderful in helping me through any challenges that I have had.

Melissa has been invaluable in helping me set up and manage the tasks that we need on the Absorb platform. Her support really turned around any frustrations that I had with the platform prior to working with her.

One thing I wish was different was that you can set the idle time per course, and not have it be one idle time (lock out) setting that covers all courses. I wish there was a little more formatting that could be on on the user side when complete a quiz. We weren't able to format one of of course in the way we wanted and originally thought was available, however, we found another way to still accomplish what we needed

The Absorb LMS has saved our hospital hours and hours of work that we used to spend assigning, tracking, and reporting on annual compliance requirements, which is the primary use of our LMS. But it also allows departmental admins to manage their staff and courses and provide professional growth opportunities. Reporting options are deep, and can be customized by the user. Works great with SCORM, AICC, Tin Can, or other delivery options like video, PDFs, etc. Also provides task tracking, observation checklists, uploads, an external learning entry. Absorb continually rolls out great new features, has an excellent customer service team, and improves every year.

- ILT/session enrollments can confuse some users

Absorb is a user-friendly, robust learning management system that allows our organization to provide in-depth learning opportunities to users across multiple site locations.

The ease of use for both administrators and end-users is the biggest benefit of the Absorb LMS. The service provided by Absorb is unparalleled. The speed in which Absorb responds to incidents and their follow-up is stellar. Our partnership with our client success manager helps to keep us up-to-date with updates/changes/maintenance. Finally, the platform is reliable and allows us to deliver content across various geographic locations in a hospital environment that operates 24/7.

To be honest, I am hard pressed to find any aspect of Absorb (the product or service) that I dislike. The only possible thing I could come up with is perhaps some of the generic updates that come out from the company that don't apply to the services/features we have, but honestly, it is nice to see what Absorb is working on, should we ever have a future need to add those features onto our existing contract.
