    I work on ACE as part of the team that sets up and installs this solution. I use ACE daily as both a user and an administrator. It is very user friendly and does a good job of being able to match established company policies.

    Positive

    The system is highly configurable so processes can be customized in ACE to match your needs and current processes. We actually use the system internally to manage our own training and Quality processes. So, I have been a user in that sense and have always found ACE to be very user friendly.

    Negative

    Some people may not want to set up their configurations and validate them themselves, but PSC Software does offer services to configure and validate these items for your company if that is the case!
