This is what every membership-based organization needs! This tool is super-flexible, and allows my organization to manage over 800 sportsmans with: - Their sports experience information - Payment status - Membership reminders ...and all because of the ability to edit/create custom profile fields and do the import-export any time I want. It could do more - like custom reminders on certain fields, but I don't want to push it too far: 5* now. We'be been doing it via google document (excel), and it became PITA with that many people and volunteers only....
