    Using Adora POS has been a solid experience for our pizzeria. It’s clear the system is designed with restaurants like ours in mind—there’s a lot of thought behind the features, and most of them are genuinely useful day-to-day. From handling delivery operations to managing customer loyalty, it’s streamlined a lot of things for us.

    Setting it up took a bit of effort because there are so many options to customize, but once everything was in place, it started running like clockwork. Our staff adapted pretty quickly, and the cloud-based system has been a game-changer, especially when we need to make changes on the fly.

    One thing that stands out is the customer support. Anytime we’ve had a question or needed help, the team has been quick to respond, which is a huge plus in this industry.

    Overall, I’d say Adora POS makes running the business easier. It’s not perfect—there are small things like the time it takes to fully learn the system or the occasional feature we don’t use—but it’s reliable and helps us stay on top of things.
