    We use Adyen daily in our company to make payments of any kind, especially international payments, which we find very difficult in other platforms Adyen makes them look very easy, which makes it an essential part of the organization's processes. Adyen is perfectly suited to any company that requires an efficient and fast payment processor, which also allows foreign transactions even directly to bank accounts, companies can reduce the time that sometimes require these transactions, although the cost is a little high, the truth is that the service is worth it.

    Positive

    Allows you to cancel customer payment details which prevents automatic renewals that can generate inconveniences, allowing us to always be one step ahead in all our transactions. Due to its high usability Adyen fits perfectly to the payment needs of companies, greatly facilitating each of the transactions that are made using this tool. Adyen performs financial analysis and reports that allow us to evaluate the way in which money is spent in the company, giving us more room for maneuver for subsequent decisions to be taken in the organization.

    Negative

    Adyen can be a bit expensive compared to its competitors, however, its service is really good, therefore, it does not represent a disadvantage as such, but rather a warning. The payment refunds before reaching us must go through their offices in Holland, which can hurt the waiting time to receive our money, which can be annoying at many times. The design could be improved, little customizable and somewhat outdated, which can be improved in the next updates, personally I think we care a lot about the visual value of the tools.
