    Overall, awful experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are scammers and nothing more.

    Nothing. This company is horribly run and scams customers. They should be shut down and the creators jailed for extortion.

    Negative

    They post fraudulent signs that say 2 hour parking and make no mention of paying so customers think they don't need to pay as long and it is less than 2 hours. Then fine the customer. The app only works half the time and will randomly cancel customer's parking so they also have to pay a fine. The customer service is incompetent and barely understand English. Do not hire this company or park in their lots!
