Without being in technology.... that much.... this app works very nicely and covers all the needs of the water restoration business, I love the fact how it connects with other things...like quick books and don't have to struggle when you have to send a estimate for a customer or a invoice, all the pictures you took on your visit, to get them attached and send the customer and the insurance companies a nice report...it's amazing the feedback and behavior of those people when you do work using this!

It has what this industry technicians need, even if they didn't think about that feature it is there, or if not you can talk with them and get it customized for your needs, and that's something that I liked about their team, they will listen to you and your needs and make it happen. Thank you Albi team !!!

Not able to understand why didn't wanted to work on my android as good as it worked on my iPhone....I believe it's about the phone? 😉 but it worked ! And it's working fine, don't believe me go ahead and try it...

Our company continues to grow and evolve, and we believe Albi has made growth not only achievable but has removed some of our reluctance.

Albi is a very user friendly system that helps move our files along without skipping a beat. Their customer service is extremely responsive and they listen to our concerns.

We haven't really run into any issues that their support team wasn't able to address.

My overall experience was fantastic. Alex did our white glove onboarding. He took the time to train my entire staff, one on one if needed. If we ran into any issues he was available to help us out. In my opinion, The best part about Albiware is it's not like dealing with Verisk, Dash, or Encircle. Albiware is made for us as restorers. They take our feedback and actually implement it. They are always looking for ways to improve for us. My favorite part is the support though. Marianna and the entire dev team are amazing. Any questions, any problems, they are there to assist. They respond almost immediately and I usually have a resolution within 15 minutes. It is a very personal almost small town feel with everything you need in a CRM to be successful. I couldn't be happier with Albiware.

Legitimately everything. Fast. Reliable. Albi has every feature from technician use, to office staff and management capabilities. It is 100% customizable. The reports are beautiful and able to be exported to Excel or Google Sheets. The support staff is world-class.

My one complaint is the scheduler. I am looking for more of a Service Titan feel. The great thing is I am able to talk to Alex and suggest changes or new features. This one is in the works.

The Albi team is very responsive. Both our account manager and the support team have impressed us overall with their responsiveness. I highly recommend this product and think it's the best restoration software out there.

Very easy to implement. All in one solution. We run a $10MM+ operation off of Albi and it has everything we need.

Pricing is a little higher that other software, however it's worth it with how many systems are all in one.

Two thumbs up. Set yourself up with a demo and see for yourself. The support staff are proactive with new features and if my team has a question or issue, support is an email away.

The software is light, fast, and intuitive (both on the desktop and mobile devices). I run my restoration business on it with plenty of room for growth. It integrates with Quickbooks for billing and Encircle for contents management.

I've used other software packages but haven't ever had the speed and usefulness of Albi.

Nothing. It does what I need it to do. It would be fun if it integrated with Xactimate...but very little integrates with Xactimate anymore except Xactimate.
