We have been using AlertBot for years, I have nothing but good things to say about the solution they offer for monitoring.

Intuitive UI, and reliable service for monitoring uptime, responsiveness, and it is very flexible (look for text on page, html element, etc)

The pricing for monitoring at a high frequency gets a little pricey, so we typically use 3/5 minute scans instead of per minute.

Overall our team loves this monitoring solution and we really like the detailed emailed reports that our team receive on a monthly/weekly basis with the necessary stats to share with our team.

Keeps me alerted of my sites performance 24/7 and never lets me down if there is a problem and customers can't get to my site. It tests my pages from over a dozen locations throughout the US tot keep me consistent testing and no false alerts.

Nothing comes to mind, does the required needs for my organization.

I have been using AlertBot since they started and I've relied on them to catch site errors so many times. I've had issues over the years where my music site was hacked, and I'd get an AlertBot alert almost right away which helped me be able to quickly restore a backup to save the site. Since then, it's helped me pinpoint slowness issues and other performance-based hiccups involving my webhost's VPS. All in all, AlertBot has been essential for helping to keep my websites up and running smoothly.

Easily adjustable alerting system to help me keep up with any performance issues. I like how I can change how often and by what means I can receive alerts. Their support is super helpful, and their team is always eager to assist.

There aren't many, but if I had to choose something, I guess it would be that the design is a bit dated. That doesn't affect its functionality, though. However, they've announced a new redesign is coming this year, so that's a plus.

It's a great solution for someone like me who needs it to monitor my WordPress site. And they make it easy enough to setup and use that you don't have to be an IT whiz to maintain it.

WordPress can be wonky sometimes, especially with their frequent updates and changes with plugins, so a service like AlertBot is really crucial in making sure my blog site stays up and running smoothly.

Not much. Maybe the design is a bit dated. That's minor, though, and doesn't affect the product's performance.

It's a great monitoring tool and my team really likes it and the ability to get alerted in a timely manner and being able to set up do not disturb schedules so I don't get notified during hours I'm off duty.

It tests my sites for performance and lets me know within a minute if there is an issue or my sites are down so my team can address it right away.

Nothing bad I can say about it, does the job needed but maybe some newer reports would be nice down the road.

I've been an AlertBot subscriber for almost two years and I've been very satisfied with their service. Between the twice weekly emails evaluating my website's performance and the alert emails that are sent when my website pages aren't loading at all, I feel like AlertBot has my back. Before AlertBot, I had no idea if my website had page loading issues, and perhaps I even lost potential clients as a result. With AlertBot, I am kept informed of any website issues, and then I can immediately inform my website administrator of the problem. AlertBot has always given me peace of mind.

The AlertBot Email Reports I receive every three days let me know if my website has had any issues relating to my website pages loading slowly. I also receive alert emails from AlertBot when my website is down and when it recovers. In both cases, once I know there are website issues, I can contact my website administrator and inform them of the issue. I also really like customer service-they have been very helpful and easy to understand when I have contacted them.

There is really nothing I don't like. AlertBot does a great job of keeping me informed regarding my website performance.

Reliable, easy to setup and use, helpful, and they have a great support staff. There is a lot of website monitoring out there and this one is one of the best for sure.
