    Summary

    We thought this would be a novel twist for project management, instead it's a clunky faux-CRM that is barely capable of tracking a basic workflow. Choose something else, nearly everything else on the market for project management or CRMs is better than this piece of hacked together software.

    Positive

    There are no pros to this product. The third-party consultant we hired to select a product for us loved it, however. Which makes me think she must have been getting a kick back from the company to sell it to us.

    Negative

    Poorly designed user interface, clunky to use. Steep learning curve for the team.
