I loved that Team members could award points to each other and build bonds and team cohesion through Applauz. I like that anonymous company surveys gave the Team a chance to honestly weigh in on the company. I loved that there were a lot of options in the Marketplace to reimburse points for.
PositiveI like that I can reward hard work and extra effort with a few clicks of my mouse. I love that other Team members can see who is really killing it and strive to do better. I love that I can issue rewards points rather than sending gift cards and people can choose their preferred reward.
