    The fact that we can manage meeting rooms with the same program used for visitor management is a huge plus. Our team really likes how easy to use Archie is.

    Positive

    We get notifications when guests check-in, a badge is automatically printed and they get instructions on where to go, everything is really easy.

    Negative

    The reporting features could include more customization options.

    Great desk sharing and visitor app

    Overall the Archie experience is great, everything is very easy from a user perspective and there are a lot of functionalities when it comes to booking management and access to the workspace.

    Positive

    I can reserve a desk from the mobile app and get notified on Slack to check-in on the day. The platform is also great for things like office deliveries or visitor access.

    Negative

    The mobile app has a couple of missing features compared to he web version.

    Great product, very nice UI, easy to use and more important easy to set up and maintain by our team. Highly recommended!

    The experience for visitors is great, everything is easy and straightforward. The best part is that the user interface is fully branded and this was something that for us came in their standard plan.

    Negative

    Some features, like emergency notifications or remote device monitoring are still a bit underdeveloped, they don't affect the main product functionalities but there is room for improvement there.
