Technology outdated
Date: Sep 21 2023SummaryIt’s frankly been horrible. I wouldn’t begin to recommend them until their technology is updated, and even then we feel quite burned by the whole thing, and the fact that we have to invest in a new system.
PositiveI honestly can’t say there’s anything I like about Arryved. Everybody I speak to on the phone is quite nice. Just useless except for Gina she’s been wonderful.
NegativeThe system seems needlessly complex and hard for our servers to operate. The technology is clearly outdated, and it seems as though whenever we’re having a big night, the card readers fail, and our staff has to input numbers manually we’ve spoken with their “great customer service“ on multiple occasions about this and all they have to offer is their technology is going to be updated “soon“.
