I had a rather frustrating experience with this service due to their dishonest pricing and numerous errors. When I tried their 7-day trial, things didn't go smoothly right from the beginning. There was an issue connecting to the site, which took them 5 days to fix due to a developer error. To make up for it, they extended my trial period, but it was still quite annoying. During the trial, I encountered a situation where 3 articles failed to publish correctly, requiring me to redo them. While it wasn't the end of the world, it certainly tested my patience.

The most disappointing part came after my trial ended when I wanted to find out the pricing for their memberships. I couldn't access the main site and reached out to their support. Unfortunately, it took them over 36 hours to respond to my initial email, so I sent a follow-up. Finally, I received a response with a link to their pricing, which indicated $20 monthly and $40 monthly options. However, I was charged $97 for a monthly membership instead. When I questioned this, their explanation was that they were conducting AB testing on new pricing models, and the option I saw was no longer available. They showed no intention of reintroducing that price, leaving me feeling cheated and disappointed.

My life has been easier since using Articly. It's very affordable and helped automate a lot of my work as a freelance writer. Easily my best purchase of 2023 so far.

I only misunderstood "beta" and "demo." Apologies for that. Since I have the chat transcript, you state, "Hey Yoanna, unfortunately, this is a closed beta product .." " We recently introduced a new engine, and are working on these paremeters using client feedback, so definitely expect that to improve."

The text generated is ai detectable and contains plagiarism. When I asked customer support why this is the case and why they charge their customers when their product doesn't live up to its promises, they replied that they recently added a new engine, and it is clearly stated that it is a demo product. Does that mean that I am expected to fund their research stage without getting any use of the product? No, thank you! I can simply use ChatGPT for free to generate low-quality content. It is even easier to use ChatGPT as you can tell it what you want and not just write a simple title without the option for more explanation. I do not recommend the product at its current stage.
