My administrator quit and no one will call me. Read review

PositiveNo problem when I had rep support.
NegativeWhen my rep quit no one let me know. When I went on to my work Facebook through Artur'in to post something it wouldn't let me log in or reset my password. So I went on my Facebook outside of Artur'in and found out Artur'in became the administer of my Facebook business, I am not. So I have to start over and will lose all my followers. All I want is someone to call me and log off as administrator and add me back on.

PositiveGreat sales pitch when they try to draw you in. They do not follow through on their promises. The dashboard is constantly broken.
NegativePoor ROI. System is broken often and does not populate the social media accounts that they indicated they would.
