Have had for more than 10 years.
Date: Apr 02 2021SummaryThe first 5 years we loved this program, but new features are very slow to come. Currently we are shopping for a new shop management program, because we live in a texting world.
PositiveEasy to use. You buy outright, only yearly fee for tech support and upgrades. Non cloud based - is very important - if internet goes down, we can still work.
NegativeNo modern texting features. Has a very unreliable generic texting built in. They have been promising a modernization of texting for 2 years.

Additional station licenses very expensive.
Features built into most systems are extra cost per month - like labor lookups, tech support. Various run time errors encountered, slow to fix. -
