    Awesome Supplier Management Tool

    Summary

    Overall, like this as a supplier management tool. You set the guidelines and requirements, the system does the rest. Things like safety and administrative requirements are something that the systems ensures are up to date. Highly recommend for anyone with a lot of different suppliers and a large supply chain.

    Positive

    There are a number of things that work well with this platform. The prequalification process ensures that we only get in connected with suppliers that meet our needs. This platform allows us to ensure that suppliers are up to date with things like safety and invoicing, including yearly self audits.

    Negative

    Takes some getting used to during initial setup and beginning use. After that very straight forward.

    Seems very old and slow

    Summary

    We are assigned a contact person, but it is virtually impossible to get a hold of that person, either by phone or email. Days, weeks go by with no return contact. I always just get some other person. Why assign a specific person if I can't communicate with that person?

    Positive

    There is very little to like. In fact, I can't think of anything.

    Negative

    1) Counter-intuitive; i.e., I want to remove employee from an assigned site. There are two buttons, "Remove" & "Save". I click on "Remove" & it says "unassigned", which is what I want, so I click on "Save", which actually reverses what I just did and assigns them again to the site. WHAT?!?
    2) After I have uploaded documents or made the changes to employees, it takes anywhere from 2-3 days to 2-3 WEEKS for changes to become effective. Meanwhile, I'm getting constant emails or employees are not allowed on-site. Very frustrating.
