    It took literally 2 minutes to install the app and get access to my spaces in the coworking areas. Love never having to worry about physical cards.

    Positive

    Makes access to my coworking space super easy and no need to carry around (and lose!) my physical key card.

    Negative

    That I didn't start using it before. Getting tenants knowledgeable of these more streamlined solutions and optimizing for adoption is something owners and landlords need to prioritize.
