Best pricing app out there for vacation rentals

Customer Service is Horrid
Date: Nov 23 2023SummaryBad customer service, would not recommend based on this issue alone. they just don't seem to care about fixing any issues you may have. They will eventually be bought out by another company that hopefully can offer better service. A lot of these companies seem to be fly by night just to get as many customers as they can and sell the company.
PositiveHave a decent amount of features but it does not outweigh other issues. Decent interface and meets minimal requirements for what you may need.
NegativeYou can never get a hold of customer service, only emails and IF they respond it usually never solves the issue. Airbnb integration through relay is something that needs serious help. They only update once a day , the system does not run in real time like they tell you so there is a risk of double bookings. If a booking comes in same day it will not even log it into your calendar until the next day, if you are lucky. We still have unresolved issues that we have just given up on. They have actually cost us money because their research for pricing is way off for our area so make sure you know your area and you adjust your base prices constantly or you will miss reservations.

Worst Customer Service
Updated: Mar 18 2021SummaryWould love to be a customer, but the lack of guidance is reprehensible. What make take you 5 days, would take them 5 minutes. But no can do.
PositiveI like the concept, automatic pricing. No need to manually input prices like with Airdna. I think if it was set up properly in the beginning, it would fly. But they do not seem to want to be bothered with customer service.
NegativeCustomer service. Bad, bad business model. No one to support you. They only accept emails with questions. The answers sound like they are from a robot, pat, unclear, takes forever to get back to you. Do they have one person working there?
