    In addition to being a great product, their support team has been very helpful in troubleshooting the few issues we've had. They're prompt and professional.

    - super easy to setup and start using
    - integrates into our Quickbooks
    - collected from a large group of unpaid clients within 30 days.

    Negative

    - some issues signing into the software (quickly resolved by support)
    - initial integration with Quickbooks needed a little manipulating, but we got it eventually with their support's help.
