    This is a 9.8 out of 10 product. I love it! I am so impressed with BindHQ and their team - they release cutting edge features regularly and their product is so much better than all the legacy tech which is on the market!

    Positive

    I use BindHQ on a daily basis and I love it. It empowers me to have a big-picture view of the production numbers and individual producer sales levels. I enjoy being able to go in, quickly find documents if I need to check work on an account, and also to assign users to tasks so that items can move forward. The support team is very responsive, and someone is available at all hours of the day to handle any issues with the platform. Some of the design features are being worked on at this time, but I know the team is constantly improving the interface to make it as intuitive as possible.

    Negative

    Some of the interface features could be smoother and better organized, but I know the team is working on releasing new updates to the platform soon!

    BindHQ - The Insurance Accounting Software For You!

    Summary

    Overall, as BindHQ matures, the accounting end has gotten more robust and efficient. I look forward to seeing how BHQ grows!

    Positive

    BindHQ is a user friendly software that allows users to quickly and efficiently navigate the system. The search feature allows one to easily track down information such as check #'s, vendors, and memos.
    Additionally, the bank reconciliation module is very effective. It reduces the need for recs in excel and makes reconciling a point and click operation!

    Negative

    BindHQ could use an option in creating bill credits that are created directly from a regular bill. Currently it is separate and allows room for silly user errors (not saying I've done that of course!)
    Currently BHQ offers a variety of financial reports, but I would love to see reports further enhanced, particularly the 1099 report. An option to pull a notes section for particular agents would be extremely useful.
