    Mandatory migration from BitoEx to BitoPro

    Summary

    Bad. Really bad . Lost and still loosing a lot of time with their migration requirements to get back access to my money => hey its all for my safety =〉 their password requirements does not accept special characters and is limited in length.

    Thinking to file a class action

    Positive

    BitoEx: Minimalistic UI, Initial appearance in English, just a simple platform to perform HTC transactions, big advantage is buy HTC at Family Mart.

    BitoPro: So far nothing for simple buy and pay users

    Negative

    BitoEx: it was just O.K. until they unexpectedly shut down transactions with the phrase: Migration / Upgrade . It was communicated in advance that BitoPro will exist with the OPTION to migrate, but not clearly that from the due date on BTC will NOT be accessible for any transaction

    Furthermore : slow transaction and high transaction fees

    BitoPRO: First : the identification process requests you to let your pants down,: this mugshot with ID photo , bank connections, home address, telephone, detailed front and back site scan of your ID to be unsecured transfered. If this info will get hacked your identify is srewed.

    The UI is black background with white / colored characters.

    Lot of features which I don't need. Menu structure sucks. Default language is Mandarin, you can switch to English each new session after getting to this option at the very bottom just beside the impressum.

    About migration: Most stunning : they already have this info from BitoEX, there is nothing with smooth account transfer!

    To get access back to your money , you need to fill out an Affidavit which is PDF to be printed out and filled out by hand with fields too small for handwriting. They are really picky to accept this Affidavit which need to send together with front/back ID scan via...Email.
