Good concept, poor execution
Date: Feb 17 2021SummaryOn our first sales call I loved the product, after signing on 12/21 we have been trying to set it up for 2 months and I still don't have a working system. I have had 2 meetings with our specialist in that time frame and just spend most of the day on the chat log trying to get things fixed.
PositiveThe customization features are great and I like the email templates. I am sure if it was property set up it would be fine, but when you are left to set up on your own......
NegativeThe implementation process is awful and you are left to build the system on your own.

Getting organized & making a process
Date: Dec 02 2020SummaryThis is a great tool for brokers, teams, or even solo agents. It is lower cost than competitors, and it doesn't get too complex like other "all-in-one" software. I love that it has document templates, transaction checklists with ability to assign forms as tasks, smart auto-fill, and e-signature. I don't have to log into 3 or 4 different platforms anymore. I can prepare an offer in literally 2 minutes. It's a big time-saver.
PositiveEasy to learn. I can make my own checklist templates for buyer clients & for seller clients. The checklists have tasks & documents in it so I never forget anything. I've also created template documents like agency agreements & offer to purchase. The software will auto-fill my client's name, the property address, and other terms of the deal/project. E-signature requests can be sent out and received in the same place. When I close out a deal, it sends me a .zip folder of all the docs to keep in my records.
NegativeNo cons yet. It does what it promises. Only negative thing is you have to spend some time uploading your most common documents and converting them to templates. But that's a one-time thing.

PositiveIt's super easy to use and a great way to organize everything in one place! You can store all of your documents, take notes on transaction happenings, have your checklist to ensure everything is being completed that is needed, e-sign, commission management, and so much more! The support is great! It's great not having to train my agents on how to use Brokermint because the support teams helps with the onboarding. The online chat is a quick way to get anything answered.
NegativeThere are 3 reasons it didn't get 5 stars for me. Occasionally, the e-sign feature gets delayed - but they are working on a solution. Currently, there are only 2 ways to categorize a transaction: listing or pending. I wish that active buyer was another category. Thirdly, the pricing is higher than what I was hoping for. The more agents you have on your team, the more expensive Brokermint is. There is tremendous value to the program.

I don’t like that we can’t create forms to be signed here. We still have to send them off for signature and create them with different software. Then upload for organization here. -

Lots of Features, Minor Bugs
Date: Nov 30 2020SummaryBrokermint is a great tool for my brokerage of approx. 20 agents. I'm happy I made the switch from Skyslope.
PositiveIt allowed us to get rid of 2 types of software, because BM integrates with Arizona Association of Realtors forms, does e-signatures, and takes care of the transaction checklist and approval process. Figuring the software out was easy. It's just a matter of customizing settings and learning some of the ways it's different than our previous software.
NegativeThe only con for me so far is when I go to review and approve/reject my agents' documents, I experience some latency every third time or so. I've noticed BM works best with Chrome.

Great Backend Solution for Brokers

BM also handles all our agent commissions and lease renewal documents. We have not integrated with their API, but will be very soon
PositiveFlexibility, templates, and e-signing capabilities. Looking forward to integrating with their API as well.
NegativeNone that come to mind, over the last 5 years we have gave plenty of feedback, and BM has made any changes and upgrades.

PositiveBrokermint works great for what we need. When considering other options that did the same we would have ended up with multiple systems instead of one and still paid more than what we are paying with Brokermint.
