    Summary

    Find something else. This has the potential of being a good salon software. But waiting since 2017 to now 2022 and no significant improvement, not ok. ALSO expect them to not be able to provide you with all your data - reason - they don't have access and don't know how.

    Positive

    Allows clients to schedule online. Good level of information that allows you to build relationship with client.

    Negative

    Unstable, crashes, deletes client info, deletes financial transactions, the limited reports are not accurate.

    Summary

    Overall it's a decent program if you're ok with not having much customization on it. They do keep their branding on things too.

    Positive

    Good software if you need very very basic set up for a Medispa or spa business. The built in messaging feature is confusing too.

    Negative

    The messaging and email feature is very limited to use.
