Property Management System that is affordable and feature rich
Date: Jun 01 2020SummaryVery happy and I think their support is top-notch. There is no product I've seen that has this many cool features at a price below 250/month. And I have searched hard to find a better deal.
PositiveThe features they have, such as integrated Channel Manager, Self Check-in systems (both for mobile phones and also for kiosks), Concierge, and their easy interface has all the 'bang' without the big monthly price. I've been using them for 2 properties since 2003 and the systems only get better each month.
NegativeI wish their mobile app had more PMS features (and reports!), it's mostly targeting their Concierge system they call MyGuest. But I can load the PMS on my mobile phone, so it's just a little 'squeezed'.
