Do not give them your WhatsApp info, they will try to change your mind, and then when they can't will then tell you about how their refund policy only applies for the first 30 days from when you start class. Absolutely ridiculous.

Nothing. They lied in their presentation. The curriculum is not engaging at all, could do better just watching Youtube videos.

We signed up for their financial literacy program and were told that if we were unsatisfied with their program we would be refunded any unused hours. But they failed to mention that this only applied to the first 30 days of using their courses. They didn't mention any terms or conditions outside of what they told us. IN fact, the person who sold us the course broke down the price of each class as a percentage of the total course fee, and then said we could get any portion refunded that we didn't use, the logical assumption is a student couldn't do a 2 year course in 30 days. It was blatantly misleading and they ought to be held liable for fraud. The curriculum isn't worth the money.

Worst and feel cheated. I regret knowing or having to do business with them. My money is been taken without get what i paid for, if there is previous notice of no refund is understandable, why deceive people there will be refund

I don't like anything about them they are lairs, that will took your money and never deliver, they are very dishonest with their product. Do not register or do business with them.

They promise refund, if you decide you do not want to continue with the class but do not refund the money back. Have been going back and fort with them and promising to get back to me but all lies. The promise was on a recorded zoom meeting to give you a refund back, but never did. Their contact person is always deceiving you that he will get to them and get back to you.

The fact is once my son decided not to continue because the teacher is not capable and boring, they’re dragging the time as long as possible not to return your money. They just say it’s in process over and over again. It’s already 5 months and I haven’t received my money back. So, please parents, do not be trapped in this fraud course!

Please do not enroll this course as it’s fraud and scam. They tell you that once you pay in full they can refund your money whenever you feel you want to stop the course.

Don't fall for BrightChamps marketing call. Once you enroll, it is no change to reach them for any issue.

I did not see any pros to attend BrightChamps. Communication is poor. People are not reachable for any issues.

I am following up with them for 2 months now and no resolution provided. Now i am asking for refund, but no response from them. Worst service.

Overall, I'm very happy with BrightChamps and their curriculum. I can see the positive changes in my son.

My experience with BrightChamps has been great. My kid learnt a lot with his coding teacher. His teacher pays attention and helps with every little thing. Also, the platform gives flexibility to take the classes as per our schedule.

So far I have not found anything negative and I hope it stays like this.

Bad business. They never returned my money for services I paid for in advance. Worst international business dishonest practice.

I liked the idea of the coding school for kids. The school was quick to take my money and played games when I requested a refund.

They refused to refund my money for services I did not receive. It's very difficult to reach people at BrightChamps by phone or email. They sent a receipt that they refunded my money but my accounts I provided did not reflect the refund payment. Please don't fall prey to these dishonest people. This was my first experience with international business and because of their dishonest nature it will probably be my last.

Do yourself a favor and do not give them your contact details. They will abuse the hell out of it.

My wife signed up our son for a coding class a year ago, which consisted of the teacher walking our son through the fundamentals of how to play Minecraft. He already knows how to play Minecraft, got bored, and wanted to end the lesson, so that was that.

I wouldn't be leaving this review if that's all it was, but the worst part about this company is the relentless WhatsApp messages and calls. I still, a *YEAR* after the class, get calls 2x/week from BrightCHAMPS asking if I want to sign our son up for another lesson, and every time I tell them no and to remove me from their call list. Yet the calls keep on coming. Even if I block their number, BrightCHAMPS will call from another number. I also get non-stop emails from them, and funnily enough their "Unsubscribe" option is not a button, but plain text--there is no unsubscribe option.
