I love the product as an administrator and as a user. I'd recommend to any company looking for a different way to recognize individuals within their organization without using a one-size-fits-all methodology.

The company has been very flexible and creative in helping us set up the right program for our company. They're great to work with and very responsive. We didn't want to go the traditional route for recognition and Bucketlist helped ensure we didn't. The product is widely used so we're extra thankful it's easy to administer.

In the few years we've used them, they've always been very responsive to make changes or adjust anything we had a hard time with so I have no cons to list.

Since launch, we've had nothing but compliments on the platform and the level of engagement it brought with it. Since going remote, this has enabled people to recognize one another for a job well done and surfaces that recognition for all to see.

Customizable rewards, public recognition, ability to make custom awards and nominations, the Slack integration has been really useful too. We have an entire channel dedicated to our Bucketlist feed and more than 80% of the company is voluntarily in the channel, which speaks to the level of engagement.

I wish it integrated with our HRIS (ADP) so that new hires would automatically be added.

Overall experience has been great. I enjoy giving bucket points to my coworkers. Being able to redeem for prizes is great too.

I like how easy it is to give coworkers encouragement. It is fun and rewarding at the same time. I like that we are gifted a certain amount each month as well.

I did not find anything that I have any complaints on.

I think this is a great product in a time where we are socially distancing and not where we can just reach out to another for a quick pat on the back. It's immediate and provides both the sender and receiver instant satisfaction.

I like the ease of subject headings to know where you want to navigate in the program. Redeeming rewards are quick and have a lot of variety.

I can see all comments for the whole company. I'd like to only see my department however this may just be a setting issue on my end. Perhaps a quick tips when you hover over a subject header?

Good experience with easy redemption process, honestly only issue is lack of a good search function.

No search function for the gift cards, this would really help when you're looking to purchase cards repeatedly.

If multiple people give points on a single recognition, it becomes confusing to see how many points were given by whom. I wish there was more clarity so that we can see how many points a person has added.

Overall experience is great. Easy to access and easy to use. The ease of signing in is great. I like that you can see the value of points in dollar form to make the best selection.

The different options we can select and that we can get the codes right away. The ease of the website is nice as well.

A few more options added would be nice. Netflix would be a great addition.

If you are looking for a tool to share success stories within your company, express recognition for someone who helped you out or just send some cheers along the way, Bucketlist is a great and very well integrated tool. It comes with all the little gimmick you are expecting, so you can add emojis as well as pictures to your text. You r company can create their own badgest like "employee of the month", "over achiever" or whatever you want.
The customization allows you to get what you exactly want.
On top of that you can collect points to either get perks your company put intpo the store or you can choose from a variety of gift cards. The "out of the box" gift cards work like a charm. I just recently redeemed a gift card for Boston Pizza and it took less then 5 minutes from redeeming the points to have the actual gift card as a PDF on my cell.

I cannot think of anything, It really depends on how well you get the tool customized to meet your companies needs. Also I am just a user and do not administrate the tool. So, hard to say.

Bucketlist is a great tool for providing feedback to teammates and awarding them for their work.

From a user perspective, Bucketlist is simple and straightforward to use.

Notifications can sometimes be too much - I would recommend grouping them to daily or weekly notifications (in the Slack integration).

Need to have one video on how to setup region and time zone in application setting. Gift cards are based on this input.

I like that Bucketlist has a list of a bunch of popular vendors, merchants, and stores that you can choose from.

I like that the point redemption is made easy, and getting or receiving the gift cards are fast and timely.

I redeem my points to buy groceries a lot. There are choices to be able to do this and not go so far away to use. The places are all so close and are popular so there aren't any stores that you have never heard of. The amount for the cards to redeem for are not so high you have to wait to redeem your points. Starbucks for instance. OMG I was able to get me a coffee from my favorite place while I shopped.

I love the selection of choices to choose to redeem my points. The process is quick and easy. CLICK and Print. That's all there is to it.

I have not experienced anything I have not liked, honestly.

I highly recommend this software to any office looking for another avenue of showing praise within the company.

Overall Bucketlist makes it fun to work for the company that I have come to like so much. I absolutely enjoy the GIF option and it's fun to scroll back and see who got what. Such a fun feature to have at work!

Bucketlist is a great avenue to build rapport in the workplace. I have the ability to give coworkers points based on a job well done. It can brighten someone's day and be a great tool for motivation. I like that I can save up points to redeem as an experience. I used some points to get an extra hour of lunch and I was able to attend my son's Kindergarten Promotion. Thanks Bucketlist!

There is really nothing to not like about Bucketlist. I can't like posts from coworkers that are given to me but other than that it is streamlined and efficient.

Overall I really like this software and how easy it is to use. I like being able to recognize my team mates.

It is very user friendly. I don't have any problem finding what I'm looking for and redeeming my "dough".

I think it would be great if there was a wish list option that would allow employees to "purchase" things for their coworkers. I also think that allowing cash purchases would be great as well.

Best one out in the market if you are consider for best support and multiple option to chose from!!!
