Excellent. I was very happy with the overall process of the app. These guys really know what they are doing.

Tons of features | Kind support | Easy platform to use | good place to create your app especially if you are using English language!

Can not translate everything! Their are many useful features but i can not use them because of the language translation.

Overall the experience has been fantastic. BuildFire has been able to help enhance some of the features to optimize our business.

As a white label partner, it has allowed us to easily clone and resell apps. The software is well made and has allowed us to hire new employees and get them up to speed on the platform quickly.

Sometimes there can be some tickets that may take more time than expected to get fixed.

I absolutely love everything I've learned so far about BuildFire. I know being part of the reseller team will help me take my business to the next level. I am grateful for the support because the learning curve is significant. I appreciate your support, encouragement and willingness to help even if it seems like the most trivial thing.

My overall experience is very good. Again, I have only been using this platform for about 6 months so there are still lot's to learn . The admin can be a little glitchy at times and can be challenging to understand where everything is. But, it's worth it. You will be very happy once you see how the results to your apps come out. I'm excited to see what I can do next!

Overall the platform is great with many features that are available and can be customized if needed. The design interface is very cool as it allows you to make each app different while not looking like a template much like others out there. My support manager Jordan is great to work with as he made things very easy during my training as there are some learning curves to basically understand everything to this platform. If I have any issues or questions they're answered within a reasonable timeframe.

Overall the features are really good and designing apps is pretty easy. I have only used this platform for about 6 month. But, I'm looking forward to reaching out to new industries now that I have my hands on this, and open to building apps for basically anyone in the future.

The admin console can be a little confusing with a few glitches here and there. But, like anything once you learn where things are and how things work it gets easier and easier each day, and the glitches get adjusted pretty quickly.

The cost is more expensive from what I was paying in the past. But, it's not horrible and offers a lot and is a big upgrade from what I had before. The only thing you will have are additional costs along the way that are necessary in order to use the app platform correctly. You will just need a few third party products to really make this app even better. But, addition fees are expected in order to use this effectively.

I would also like to see more loyalty features that are touch-less. Maybe offering QR codes to populate loyalty tabs, rather than punching in a code and having to have others handle your device.

I highly recommend this to anyone wanting a great training app. The BuildFire team is always fast to respond and help troubleshoot any questions.

I love using this app to create training plans for my company. Not being a very tech savvy person, this app is very simple to understand and creates top notch quality.

I don't have any cons for this app, everything works smoothly and customer support is some of the best I have experienced.

It was a challenge to re-create our app in a very short timeline. I do not have much mobile claim app experience and it was all brand new but BuildFire support was exceptional. They were so helpful when I ran into areas that I was unfamiliar with and quickly pointed me in the right direction or to information that would help which ensured a successful implementation of our new mobile claim app well before our deadline.

I was thoroughly impressed with the support from BuildFire that I received during our migration of our Mobile Claim App to BuildFire. I had many questions throughout the conversion and they were answered in a timely manner and I always had a follow up email to ensure I was happy with the results and to ask if I had any more questions. It was so nice that Sepopo was my main contact for a good portion of the re-creation of our app and she was aware of the issues I was dealing with without have to reiterate to many support people. Kudos to a job well done and I look forward to working with BuildFire.

It was a huge migration of many companies so it was very confusing in the initial stages and I was unsure if I would continue working with BuildFire. After a few discussions and when the wrinkles were ironed out, I was confident that BuildFire was the company to go with. I'm very happy I made that decision because our app is live and working well even before the deadline which was so important to us.
