    Great way to track calls from ads

    Overall it's a great program and we've been able to track all calls and leads from Google ads by implementing this

    We use this for our clients when running ads. It's the best way to easily swap out numbers on your site for tracking ones.

    CallRail is a fantastic call tracking platform. It allows us to visualize analytics and call intelligence for a large number of inbound calls. Its integration with Slack is just great. We are currently using CallRail with Slack app.

    Overall, I am very pleased with the platform for general marketing tracking purposes. I am easily able to listen to calls and identify how each piece is performing.

    Positive

    Straightforward call tracking platform for marketing. I used it for a direct mail campaign we were testing into and it was very easy to get a live look at calls made from the postcards.

    Negative

    I felt like I really needed to go back and make sure I wasn't overpaying. It ended up with me paying 3 months of services that I really didn't need because I didn't carefully check upon signup.
