    It is very easy to use and the price is fair. great tool for churches and non profits. my office manager helps me log folks so it is a team effort.

    You just have to remember to use it! It can be awkward to look someone up while they sit in your office asking for help... but you get over that.

    Excellent Network For Tracking Charity Assistance For Impoverished Families

    We are very happy to pay for the CharityTracker Plus, it has streamlined and strengthened our ministry and aided in our mission.

    Positive

    It is an excellent resource within a wide area to assist families in need. I love the interface and goals section. The software is very user friendly, and makes it easy for me to train new staff. I love the visibility of the assistance given by various charities and how we can keep notes private that just pertain to our agency.

    I tried using the new duplicate case section but I know there are duplicate cases that aren’t showing up in that search filter. So improvement is needed there but it is a new feature.

    I really enjoy it and its very useful to our organization. I think every non profit should use it. It is very beneficial.

    I love that we are able to see when our clients have been and what they have gotten help with. Easy to use format, very detailed. And the reporting system is great.

    I don't like that agency can go in and change the date of when assistance was provided. I think once its entered you cant change the date.

    I use this program to track food gifts for my church. We also use it for Christmas gifts. I like the ease of using it and the ability to use the program from home as well as at church.

    We cannot do without this program. We use it on a daily basis. I would highly recommend it to anyone. This has been great for our network.

    Very User friendly, great group pricing, best customer service. Customer service responds quickly. We don't have to worry about the backup. Avoids duplication within agencies/churches. I would highly recommend!

    Not able to customize Personal Information fields. I like different parts of different modules. Some things in certain modules are not applicable. It would be nice to customize with just the tools (Tabs) that you use.

    When our agency started using CharityTracker it has cut down on the time and paper it takes to help our neighbors in need.

    When using the charity tracker it is a great tool for our 501(3)(c) to be able to keep all our client records at our fingertips. Navigating the database is very easy our volunteers to use.
