    Summary

    Company does not comply with the laws in the UK regarding accessibility and the equality act. There has been no consideration regarding accessibility and screen, reading software and the customer services department do not know anything regarding accessibility and have been totally disregarded of all the issues raised.

    There is absolutely nothing, I can say good about this platform regarding accessibility. There are no pros because the whole platform is impossible to use if you are using screen reading software.

    Regarding accessibility with your platform, there has been no consideration for screen reading software.
    It is impossible to do any of the courses because everything is based on visual experience of clicking buttons. This wouldn’t be so bad if the buttons were labelled in the first place, and none of the images have alt text, so it is impossible for a blind person to use your platform.
    The company I work for has complained to you several times with no solutions found because no one understands anything to do with accessibility and screen reading software.
    You claim on your website to be compliant with all laws, however, yourself are not compliant with laws regarding accessibility and the equality act.
    I can’t use any of the menus because none of the buttons are labelled. It is an absolutely joke in 2024, that your platform is so unacceptable to the visually impaired.
