It helps them gain full visibility into their business, drive process rigor, align buyers and sellers, spot pipeline risks and opportunities, increase forecast accuracy, and drive overall efficiency. Clari is easy to use, integrates well with Salesforce and other CRM tools, provides actionable insights and analytics, has a powerful forecasting module, and has an ecosystem of product suites that includes other products like Wingman by Clari. However, Clari can also be expensive for some businesses, sometimes buggy or slow, redundant or overlaps with some of the capabilities of Salesforce or other CRM tools, has issues with data sync or migration when there are changes in the sales organization or structure, and have limitations in their reporting and dashboard capabilities. Overall, I would recommend Clari to any sales team looking to generate income like professionals.

    Clari has helped us to have a clear perception of our business based on reports and analytics of sales processes and our customer relationship management, it provides us with all the necessary tools to make projections to take the necessary forecasts to correct possible failures, optimize sales mechanisms and improve our productivity. Clari plays an important role in our decisions to improve our sales and customer relationship management through its functions and its proper integration with other tools. It has an excellent report generator and its customer service is attentive and responsive.

    It is a software with a simple and intuitive interface that integrates with our CRM, generates analytics to get an idea of the current reality of our business and allows us to have future projections to take the necessary forecasts and devise strategies for sales and customer relationship. It has an excellent reporting function and excellent customer service.

    The reports are not customizable and its structure could be improved, other than that there has been nothing that I dislike about this software, it works well.

The fact that it integrates with Salesforce has benefited us immensely for the storage and use of sales data. Clari plays to the sales teams' advantage to have a clear picture of what is being appropriately done well and what could be improved.

    I like Clari's ease of use and integration with our CRM to impact our sales and customer relationship mechanisms effectively. It has been instrumental for us to measure our sales productivity. It generates valuable reports to project our effectiveness, make forecasts and develop future strategies to have the expected sales performance.

    The sales reports and forecasts are not structured in the best way; they could be more organized, it would make everything easier for our work team.
