    Within our company we have various departments that need the contribution of the platform, it is essential for any step we take, whether for hiring in the human resources sector, signing agreements with business partners, as well as drafting documents for approval. of funds for commercial campaigns or payment of suppliers. Maintaining ample storage for our team has been a must, where we can keep all the documents on the shelf, have them close at hand whenever we need them. In general terms, this made our work a lot easier, removing limitations of distance or time and speeding up various agreements, even facilitating the saving of time in meetings for signing documents and starting projects quickly without having to wait so long for approval.

    In Concord we have been able to create a unique space where to interact with partners regardless of the distance, in this platform the limitations are erased, and we have been able to create a space where every possibility is totally attainable. Thanks to the collaboration tools, various work teams in the departments involved in trade agreements have been able to exchange information and maintain constant work thanks to this active communication space. One of the most important points of Concord is the management of contacts, where we can easily customize contracts thanks to templates, write comfortably even with character recognition, which is a powerful weapon, share these documents with whomever we want, in addition to having a quite ample and comfortable storage space. Similarly, submitting contracts and capturing signatures virtually has never been easier than it is with Concord. It maintains a secure platform, where all our information will always be protected and safeguarded from any infiltrator, in addition to the fact that we have the possibility of giving control and access only to the people with whom we want to share said information or contract. I also liked that I could convert the files to PDF and in this way be able to print them or have them stored without the information changing.

    According to the time that we have been using it, one of the things that I have faced is the limitations to create documents, regarding the variety of edition and font options to elaborate the redactions, it would be ideal to have much more customization power and create fewer boring documents. Not only with this, even working with the templates is complicated because editing or adjusting the text as I need it is quite tedious. The final signing experience we noticed that it is also limited, it only gives certain spaces for this, it took us a while to understand why it was not processed correctly, until we noticed that it is due to some predetermined space, having freedom for this would give us the ease of not having to explain to all our business partners how the procedure is or having to limit the way they sign. I know that Concord maintains an optimal and constantly updated space, I hope that soon they can take the limitations into account.
