    Summary

    The last 4 months without support has been daunting. Though I paid an annual fee , I feel I am not getting value for money.

    Positive

    Like their program but ever since they 09stopped providing telephone and remote help I would not recommend them. You now have to submit a chit and wait for an online response. Very difficult to resolve software issues under these conditions.

    Terrible customer service since they stopped providing telephone and remote assistance.

    You must now submit a chat, link it to a their TeamViewer and wait for a response. Have tried 5 times in the last 4 months and only received a partial response. Said they would get back to me shortly. Waited 4 hours without any further contact.
