    Summary

    Horrible service, worst interface, would not recommend this to my worst enemy. Go back to GrowFlow. even BioTrack is better than this atrocity.

    Pre-labeling product. Marketplace options. Not a lot of pros to be honest. Very very disappointed.

    Negative

    Literally everything. This software is unusable without tech support. 1000x more complicated than any of the 4 other traceability systems I have used. Tech support has never answered a phone call a single time out of over 30 times i have called them. Have tried to be as understanding as possible but cannot take it anymore.

    Summary

    Hard to recommend until there are serious improvements to their customer support and some improvements to generating documents.

    Positive

    Lots of Technical Options. There is depth to the software it just has a lot of glitches and error codes. It often takes a really long time to generate labels.

    Negative

    Support is really lacking. I have never once called in and been able to reach customer support directly. Often takes over half a day to get an email or call back. Other competitors such as grow flow can be reached at any time and even have online chat for support.
