Linda told me her story of how she got stared and then gave me every trick in the book throughout the day. Linda told me who to hire, where to get supplies from, how to advertise, how to get commercial customers. Linda knows exactly what info you need to have to be successful and she is just naturally generous with her time and knowhow so it just flows out of her. I will never forget Linda. I will have a lot to thankful to her for in the future. The whole family at Super Suds are great and I really appreciate you convincing me to work with you guys. You knew I would need the help you gave me and that I wouldn't find it anywhere else. Thank goodness you reached out and brought me in. You are great people. Thank you.

I had a lovely day being shown how to work a laundromat. Linda was inspiring and amazing and I feel like I could call her anytime with a question. She's a really amazing human. I got a friendly call the day before so I knew who and when I was meeting and then when I showed up I meet all the staff at Super Suds and was put to work so I could actual put in orders, go out on the van and do deliveries. It was a blast.

Defiantly no cons. I should have left with a couple of plastic bags and hangers so I could wrap up some laundry for my website photoshoot. Maybe I will call Linda and see if she can send me some. Thanks again.

I've been using Curbside Laundries for little over a year and I am 100% satisfied. The software is intuitive, easy to use and reliable. I can't recall the last time there was an issue with the software and when I seldomly get a call from my staff about it, it is almost always user error.

It has been a pleasure to work with the entire team, sales, tech support, customer support and leadership - whenever I call they make me feel like I am the most important customer; it truly feels like a partnership.

Our family operates a wash and fold service in Central Texas, we decided to start our first business over two years ago and we truly believe that the help and support from the curbside team has been paramount for our success.

Would like to be able to spilt payment options like, for a customer that wants to pay half of the order in cash and half with card.
Would like to have a chip reader and tap option for cards.
Does not Accept Apple Pay.

Our laundromat opened in 2019 with no WDF business. Today it is a huge business for us, and it's because of Curbside Laundries. The software is fantastic and constantly improving, which has been extremely valuable. However, the support and insider knowledge gained by being a Curbside Laundries customer is priceless, and has been a massive contributor to our overall success.

The entire team at Curbside Laundries has demonstrated they genuinely care about my business. They don't just offer excellent WDF management software. The founders of Curbside are also very successful laundry service operators, and they openly share their knowledge and experience in growing a successful laundry business.

Anything I would call a "con" has already been addressed in their frequent software upgrades. They are constantly making Curbside better and pushing the updates out us.

I like that they listen to the customers and implement improvements. it works well for us and will use it at multiple locations.

I wish it worked better with apple stuff. its frustrating that many easy things are unusable vs Android.

Everyone that we have worked with from the day we bought their program and equipment has been really good. They go into great detail when it comes to software upgrades along with pictures which works well for those of us that are very visual :) We met the Curbside Reps at a Clean Show and although we were looking for overall software for all of our services, we new that this software was more for pick up and delivery. However, it has been amazing for the overall process for our store.

I like how they are always upgrading and making their software better.
They are easy to communicate with when you have any issues.
Tech support takes the time and patience to work with us on issues or possible changes we might request.

We do not have any cons as the software has worked very well with our overall process.

We are happy with the laundry delivery software and pos. it works perfect for our stores and delivery service.

They have gone through a lot of growing pains, but are constantly improving.

The system makes running my business so much easier, it is so streamlined. I love that they are laundry owners themselves, so they understand exactly what we need. They are constantly updating as well with new and improved features, and that is so appreciated.
The customer service is great. Whenever I have had a problem, they have retuned my message quickly and been able to resolve the problem.

It can be hard for customers to access their portal sometimes. this process could be a little more streamlined.

Our overall experience has been unbelievable! We used to spend hours calling customer when orders were completed - no more. We used to spend hours handwriting orders - no more. We used to use track our order's cleaning process on paper - no more. The time saved using Curbside Laundries is money saved to our company.

Our laundry mat & dry cleaning retail store added Curbside in early 2020 and we can't believe how it has changed the business. We have been able to calculate our growth with one report, seamlessly process SMS text messages to customer, update prices and add services with limited click throughs. The staff at Curbside is phenomenal - always open to new ideas and prompt to return calls!

When I decided to get in the laundromat business, the first thing I did was research as much information as I could about the industry. I started watching some videos or podcast on YouTube about laundromats. I found curbside laundries and Matt Simmons. And I quickly realized I was going to need a POS system, the website, business plan, and a methodology.

I looked at a lot of different software companies. I looked at lotta different website designers. I decided to go with Curbside Laundry. I called curbside Laundry and Matt answered the phone. I must’ve asked him 100 questions 100 different ways. I knew I had picked the right company.

Matt said come on out to Long Beach, California. You will learn in one day what took us years to learn and unlearn, bring some people with you, ride in the delivery van we will show you all our cards. There was no fee. It wasn’t an empty welcome. He was very enthusiastic. As much as I am well to say the least I took him up on the offer. I figured if I’m gonna spend this kind of money why not. I am sure glad I made that decision.

Linda Simmons is amazing. She’s the mom and she’s proud of her boys and her daughter. The first thing you notice is where the sons learned humbleness. Linda couldn’t wait to show us everything. Super Suds is definitely a team. The team was very nice as well and quickly started to guide us on every step of the way. And when I say everything, I mean everything from the hours of the store, how to treat every customer, how do use the software. how to charge, just every step of the way.
The knowledge was priceless! Linda and I talked about how to hire employees, what to expect for employees, how to reward employees, and how to measure employee performance. I think we talked about coffee and vending machine items as well as pricing vending machine items. We talked about ozone machines and how they work and how much the customers like them. It’s not make believe it’s right there in front of you. They practice what they preach.

Funny, my two employees that were with me asked where a great Mexican restaurant was, best, Mexican food I’ve ever eaten. L O L

The software, so simple I think a 10 year old could use it. The way the program works and it is a program. From the minute, the customer drops off the clothes every single step of the way is counted all the way to win the customer picks up their wash and fold. The pick up and delivery it’s the same way except for you add the delivery. The software actually maps out the entire delivery route for you. As a matter of fact, while we were on the route, someone called in for a special pick up and they wanted it back that same day. Ubens the driver, saw it add to the route we picked it up, and after all the deliveries went back to the laundry, and it was immediately put in production. That was impressive to me. Awesome!
Linda was able to show me daily’s! Well what I call sales by the hour, by the day, by the week, by the month, year etc. I can’t say enough in business if you don’t know your numbers you can’t be in business!!!

Well, I purchased a software and the website and all that goes with it. The customer service is amazing. I am all set up for credit cards and pretty much had someone hold my hand the whole way. My website is up and Barbara and Ken and Holly and Christian and so many other people have just been so wonderful. No one says no and everyone says how can I help. We open next week my first laundromat. I was looking for a website and a POS system. I found a wonderful family and a wonderful group of people that I’m truly grateful to be associated with. This is the longest review I have ever left for any company or any product ever! I own a CarWash, a home energy insulation business, and now a Laundromat. Clean Right Laundromat!
It’s not gonna be easy, but nothing worthwhile ever is. I’m definitely glad I partnered with curbside, and I highly recommend them!

Slightly outdated UI on the customer ordering side. New update on the business end gave it that polish it needed so this will be fixed once customer end gets the same update. We’ve found that any issues seem to be addressed by the great development team!

Overall experience is nothing but positive, can't say enough good things about them. I look forward to dealing with everyone at Curbside far into the future.

The Curbside software makes it easy to manage the work flow and keep tabs on the progress that my employees are making throughout the day. Additionally, Curbside is always soliciting feedback from customers to improve the software so it's constantly getting better!

It would be beneficial if I could assign which reports my store supervisor has access to. Currently the system has pre-assigned what reports the supervisor has access to but there are some that I feel she could benefit from seeing so if I , the store owner, had the ability to assign the reports it would make it better.
