A great digital distribution solution!
Date: Jan 06 2022SummaryAs someone working with this system on a business level but also being an artist using this software to distribute my music, it is the best software available on the market. I tried 4 other really big competitors, and no ones software comes close to the performance and features that Frontstage from Danmark has.
PositiveThe software called Frontstage is really everything needed for digital distribution.
I like the workflow - upload, edit metadata and deliver the content to the stores. The delivery is really fast. Whenever there is a problem, a solution is usually found within minutes to hours.
The software is really fast and you don't need to wait for results in the analytics - the only time i see a loading indicator is when my internet connection is bad.NegativeEven though the color scheme makes sense and it's easy on the eyes, i am not a fan of it.

Bad support
Date: Mar 09 2022SummaryCan't recommend for labels. Might be a good service for artists because you can reach them via mail or phone (if they're likely to answer), which you won't get at large distribution companies.
PositiveReally fast distribution of music, well-designed dashboard.
NegativeSupport only answers emails and phone calls if they want to (they rather don't answer, if there's a real problem).

They pay generated sales only when they want, sometimes they hold it back.
The company does not hop on new trends in the industry, like HiFi sound, Dolby Atmos/Spatial Audio.
