    Summary

    In a simple sentence, this software does not work. First, their customer service had us wait two weeks after we paid to give us any training help. Support was in the order of days and per their own schedule. Questions were often overlooked or plainly ignored. On the technical side, this software made my Soliworks crash all the time. It changed the fonts of my drawings and some SWs options stopped being available. Suddenly, it would crash and I would lose my work in progress. There were three user interfaces that were a nightmare to use, besides looking dull. Their web app also does not work. We stopped using this low quality product after our customer could not open our files on the web app and my expensive engineering team lost weeks worth of work and productivity because of a bad decision we made when trying this.
