Date: Oct 21 2022SummaryEasy to install, and easy to use, and can connect to end user's PC's pretty easily. That's about the only positives.
PositiveEasy to use, reasonable priced, and easy to install. Remote session interface is easy to navigate.
NegativeVery basic. You have very little control without first doing a remote session. You can't hide it in the Add/Remove Programs. Worst of all, the support! They definitely do not understand English, so trying to get a clear answer from them will take multiple responses, spread out over days!
