    Summary

    No better solution for small to medium enterprises. It is such an easy decision if you can't go without your data for your business to run smoothly, you 100% need this solution. No business no matter how small should be without it.

    Positive

    Easy set up, does what it is designed to do and NEVER an issue that can't be resolved. From a full Bare Metal Restore or restore to a VM, to restoring a lost or accidentally deleted file, it does it all. Plus ensures you are protected from Ransomeware attacks and if you are, no worries, restoring from a verified safe backup can be done in minutes (not Days or weeks like you read in the headlines). I have had to save a customer already from an accidental 3rd party deletion of their primary application's data. Done in minutes, with only about 20 minutes of lost work.

    Negative

    You need Datto support to remove all data from a backup device and start fresh. Service Providers can do some, but not all IF you are not also redundantly backing up to the cloud (some situations require this). However, their online and phone support is top notch and they keep following up with you until you are satisfied.
