    Summary

    Don't recommend. Keep coming up against more problems since this company took this software over. Exhausting to try to find answers.

    Positive

    Not sure, having more issues with it. Weekly problems crop up and it takes forever to get them fixed. Can't even send out statements properly.

    Negative

    Supposed to be 24/7 support.... Wait times can exceed 1 hour.
