Limited customization options and little design options.

We did upgrade on 5.0 but mobile theme had some problems
many icons have been canceled.
Mirza help us to solve problems in a little time.

Debuting is a good experience.
We use it from many years but unfortunately this time after upgrade we have been having problems.

Maybe that it's not too easy find helping people...

Overall I think this is a wonderful theme and they have an amazing team, but there is definitely room for improvement to make this great. Overall I'm still very happy with the product and the service thus far, and I can understand that it is not easy to please everyone, but they are working to make updates and hopefully I can grow with the theme based on business needs.

Design: the design of the site is amazing coming out of the box - it makes you feel like you did a lot of work but really you just plugged it in.

Customer Service: if you're an Enterprise customer the customer service is super responsive and wonderful - they help you out immediately and always strive to fix your problems, which is worth the Enterprise package in itself, especially if you're new and need help.

Free version: For the free version of this theme its pretty great, but is costly when you require the add-ons.

Mega Menu: one of the reasons I went with this theme is that it had a mega menu feature, that said the mega menu is not really a menu at all, and feel like it was a bit of a false advertising scenario.

Price: for enterprise and to get all the features that cost is a little bit too steep for what you get.

Some features just don't work well - such as the geolocation and currency option - had to revert to a Shopify app.

Mirza was very helpful. He easily showed me how to make edits to my newsletter pop up and social discount.

Responsiveness and resourcefulness. Easy to understand and easy to display solution. Very helpful indeed.

I liked everything. It’s very easy to find solutions to your problems.

Everything. I've been trying to get my theme updated, review app fixed and unused java script removed. It's been a lot of emails back and forth. I decided to write the help desk tonight and reached Mirza. In one quick swoop, all of my issues were resolved immediately. Mirza resolved everything quickly, asked the correct questions and handled everything like a rockstar. I am impressed and he needs a raise!!!

Fix in one shot almost all my issues on my website, fantastic. I will recommend him anything for his patience.

Only one issue to go, I still have to fix the credit card issue with Shopify, he could not do much.
